There are 30 cards illustrated with positive affirmations with the clear objective of increasing the confidence and self-esteem of children aged 8 and over.
Includes a book with lots of suggestions for exploring as a family.

The letters are focused on 4 themes:
1 - Self-esteem
2 - Resilience
3 - Motivation
4 - Optimism
At the beginning of the day you can draw a card and at the end of the day talk as a family about how the day went, whether that card made sense that day and develop the theme.
Another suggestion: If the child has had a more difficult day, you can look for which message makes the most sense to them - for example, they broke something at school... it doesn't make them a bad child but just a child who did something less good.
Basically, what these cards allow is to unlock themes, foster family relationships, make relationships between parents and children stronger, more complicit and at the same time be a strategy with an impact on the child's ability to learn to successfully deal with a task. , activity or life experience.
