There are 30 illustrated cards with challenging themes and questions for children aged 11 and over and includes a book with ideas and suggestions to facilitate family conversation moments.
The objective of these letters is to promote and unlock themes with our children but also to allow us to enter the game and start talking about what we feel so that they feel that we "open up" to them and open up to us, it is to promote greater interaction between parents and children and make family relationships stronger and more complicit.
For example, one of the letters is about feeling afraid. When we know that our child may be going through a situation like this, it is a good starting point to try to talk about this topic. If it doesn't work, we can be the ones to reveal our fears so that they feel more comfortable and free to expose their fears.
